Reality bites!!!

Well since being at home,u just cant avoid the stupid idiot box,and whichever channel u switch on and there is a reality show being aired.Well the very concept of reality has taken a very different face altogether.The first original reality show was probably indian idol,concept ofcourse adapted from american idol but was nicely adapted and moulded in indian context.It was such a popular show covering evry aspect of journey of 1000s of aspiring singers,their journey from rugs to riches,their ups and downs,their sucesses and failures and ofcourse the becoming of ultimate indian idol.All was covered with atmost originality and was hugely appreciated as the TRPs were the proofs.But this success of one reality show gave rise to a whole bunch of reality shows especialy musicals which now obviously has tarnished the very image of "reality" show.Now you can see lot of drama,fights,bitching,favourism,abuses,hatred,groupism and what not.I wonder if this is what we want to see,and i do blame viewers including me who love to watch this bitching and dirty stuff.Ofcourse tv viewing is not a source of social message and evry programe cant be a ramayan or mahabharat conveying good values but some of the shows go overboard and it clearly looks fake most of the time.Broadcasting has evolved in these years very much with coming of plenty of channels,but at the same time this has given rise to a dirty,below the belt competition where the channels are stooping new lows to achieve TRPs and become popular,Same goes for the 24 hrs new channels.they are even worse showing all the stuff other than new,what the hell rakhi sawant supposed to be doing in a news channel.Disgusting!!Well in the era where television is undergoing a major transformation,the owners of the channels get some senses and realise some i mean some responsibility to show sensible contents on television with combination of entertainment,sensibility and resposibility.And same goes for viewers also specially miss.ekta kapoor's die hard fans.please have some sensibility in what you are viewing.

Speeeed Kills!!!

Well this is a post cum social message coz the very reason im writing is because of my first hand experience of how speed in a moment can destruct everything and how hard it is to recover from the damage whether it is a human body or a machine.The fun while driving in the road with high speed,and dash of style and attitude looks cool but when you realise, evrything being out of control thats when that very speed,attitude and style vanishes and what remains is pain,and lot of suffering.Now fortunately if you have done some less sins in this lifetime you are saved and are alive and unfortunately if yamraj is waiting for you might very well end up dying.so dudes and gals please drive slowly,ya me the speedster is giving such advices coz its just not your life,but for many other people around you.so drive slowly,and most important wear helmet!!!
